Gentle Flow

Slow, kind movement to unknot the day. Nothing to prove here.

A soft, unhurried flow that meets you where you are. We move with the breath, rest when we need to, and leave a little lighter. If you have never done yoga, this is a lovely place to begin.

Good for Anyone who wants to slow down.

Morning Light

Wake up gently. A quiet stretch before the world gets loud.

An easy morning practice to open the body and settle the mind. Warm light, slow pace, no rush. The kind of start that stays with you all day.

Good for Early risers and slow starters alike.

Restore & Rest

Supported poses, long holds, deep rest. Permission to do less.

Fully supported by bolsters and blankets, we hold a handful of shapes and let the body soften. This is rest as a practice. Taking a break is not giving up. It is listening to your body.

Good for Tired bodies and busy minds.

Warm Vinyasa

A little more heat, a little more flow. Still no judgment.

A steady, breath-led flow with a touch more movement. You do not need to be flexible. You just need to show up. Modifications always offered, always welcome.

Good for Those who want to move a bit more.

Quiet, floor-based, deeply calming. Space to just be.

Long, gentle holds that reach the deeper tissue and the quieter parts of the mind. We close with breathwork and a little stillness. You leave a little more yourself.

Come together, move together. Tea and a chat after.

Our weekly open class, by donation, where the whole Maiimi Home community shares the mat. New faces especially welcome. Stay for tea afterward if you like.
